Peel and boil potatoes until done and drain and mashed.
Add all ingredients except butter and Cheddar cheese.
After mixed, pour into casserole dish and top with butter; bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with Cheddar cheese; return to oven until cheese is melted.
