Cream Cheese Parfaits
Cream Cheese Parfaits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick melted margarine, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix graham crackers and melted margarine.
Spoon into midget paper cups; pat down.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs (one at a time); beat with Mixmaster until blended.
Spoon (approximately 1 good size tablespoon or a little more) mixture into each muffin cup.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Add Thank You brand cherries, blueberries, etc., on top.
