Cream Cheese Olive Spread
Cream Cheese Olive Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. salad olives and 2 tbsp. olive juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Stir in pecans, salad olives, olive juice and pepper; do not add any salt. Mix well.
This filling will, at first, be slightly mushy.
After a few hours of refrigeration, it will be of spreading consistency. Keeps well up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
