Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. liquid peppermint flavoring, 2 to 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, food coloring of your choice and colored or granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, mix cream cheese and peppermint flavoring until well blended.
Gradually add powdered sugar and knead on bread board or counter until no longer sticky and shapes easily into small balls.
Divide into 4 equal portions.
To each portion knead in 1 drop of food coloring of your choice or enough to make desired color.
