Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. half and half, 1/4 c. butter, softened, 1 (15 oz.) pkg. white creamy frosting mix and 1 tsp. peppermint extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine cream cheese, half and half and butter in a heavy saucepan.
Stir over low heat until cheese mixture is soft, creamy and butter is melted.
Blend in the frosting mix and stir to blend well.
Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice. You may divide the complete batch to make different colors.
