Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. liquid peppermint flavor and 2 to 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream cheese and peppermint.
Gradually add sugar. Knead until no longer sticky.
Divide into 4 portions.
Knead in food colors of your choice and other flavors if desired. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Flatten balls with a fork or put into special pans.
Let dry at room temperature.
Store loosely covered in the refrigerator.
Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
