Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. liquid peppermint flavor and 2 to 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix together cream cheese and peppermint flavor.
Gradually add powdered sugar; knead until no longer sticky.
Divide into 4 portions.
Knead in food colors of your choice.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
Roll in sugar; flatten balls with a fork.
Let dry at room temperature.
Store loosely covered in the refrigerator.
Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
