Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream Cheese Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cream cheese, 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar, about 2 tbsp. orange or lemon juice, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In small bowl of mixer, beat cheese until light.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Thin frosting as you beat with juice until it is of a good spreading consistency.
Add vanilla and grated peel.
Makes enough to frost two 9-inch layers.
Increase recipe for 3 layers (8 ounces cream cheese, etc.).
