Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Cream Cheese Cupcakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla; beat well.
Fill cupcake liners half full.
Make topping.
Soften cream cheese. Cream in small bowl.
Add egg, sugar and salt.
Beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Put about 1 tablespoon of topping on each cupcake.
Use all of topping.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes. Makes 18 cupcakes.
