Cream Cheese Beef Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, 12 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 1 bunch green chopped onion and 2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles and drain.
Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Spread on noodles.
Brown beef; add pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture on top of noodles and cream cheese layers.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β° if the mixture is freshly assembled.
One hour if mixture has been refrigerated. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
