Crazy Crunch
Crazy Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 4 c. popped corn, 1 c. pecans and 1/4 c. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add nuts when thermometer reaches 245° and continue to cook and stir constantly until syrup reaches 290°.
Add vanilla and pour over popped corn in large bowl.
Mix with 2 large spoons until coated.
Spread on a baking sheet or wax paper.
Break apart.
Store in a tightly covered container.
