Crazy Crunch
Crazy Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 qt. popped corn, 3/4 c. mixed nuts, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix popped corn and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil (stirring) 10 to 15 minutes, or until mixture turns a light caramel color.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour over popcorn and nuts, mixing to coat well.
Spread to dry on ungreased cookie sheet.
Break apart and store in tightly covered container.
