Sift first 5 ingredients together into a well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Make 3 indentations in mixture.
In one put 1 teaspoon vinegar.
Put vanilla in the second and in the third put oil.
Over all, pour 1 cup cold water and stir until blended. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 minutes or until done.
