Sift dry ingredients.
Place in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Punch 2 holes in flour mixture.
Pour oil in one hole; pour vinegar in remaining hole.
Pour cold water on top.

Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
