Mix all ingredients into bowl.
Make 3 depressions.
Into one, pour vinegar, into another vanilla and into the other, pour the oil.
Pour cold water over all and mix.
Do not beat.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
