Crawfish Pie
Crawfish Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pie shell and top, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute crawfish tails in margarine, about 5 minutes.
Remove crawfish tails, add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic to margarine and saute for 10 minutes.
Season crawfish and add to mixture, along with the soup.
Cook at least 20 minutes.
If too thick, add a little water.
Place in pie shell and cover with top. Bake in 300Β° oven until brown.
Serves 4.
