Crawfish Pie
Crawfish Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crawfish tails, 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine, 1/2 c. parsley, 1/4 c. flour and 1 stick oleo or butter (best with real butter), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter.
Saute onions and parsley in butter. Add flour and blend well.
Add soup as in the can.
Add no water to it. Simmer 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails (drained). Simmer 10 more minutes on very low heat.
Prebake small pie shells at 350Β° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Fill with crawfish filling.
Bake filled shells for 10 minutes.
