Cranberry Tea
Cranberry Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. cranberries, 1 small can frozen orange juice, 1 small can lemonade, 2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar and 2 sticks or more cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cover cranberries with water; boil and drain off 4 times. Strain.
(Or use double the amount of water and boil twice.)
To water, add orange juice and lemonade.
Boil together 4 cups water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Combine both mixtures and serve hot. Makes about 1 gallon.
May be made ahead and heat 1 cup at a time.
