Cranberry Salsa
Cranberry Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries, 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced, 4 tbsp. chopped cilantro, 2 tbsp. grated onion and 1/3 c. fresh lime juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Rinse the cranberries, discarding any stems or blemished berries.
Transfer them to a medium saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Drain well and transfer to a plastic or glass container.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine with a wooden spoon.
Cover and refrigerate; use when needed.
This can be used up to 1 week.
