Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice), 1 lb. cranberries and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 2 cups.
Add Jell-O.
Refrigerate.
Chop 1 pound of cranberries.
Pour 2 cups of sugar over and let stand until Jell-O is slightly jelled.
Fold cranberries, celery and nuts into jelled mixture.
Fold in gently. Chill until firmly set.
