Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cranberries, ground, 1/2 orange, ground, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 small pkg. cherry gelatin and 1 tbsp. plain gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Let ground cranberries, orange and sugar mixture set overnight.
Soak plain gelatin in cold water and add to cherry gelatin and warm water mixture.
When it starts to gel, add pecans, apples, celery and cranberry mixture.
Refrigerate until well set.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
Serves 8 to 12.
