Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. hot water, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve jello in hot water; drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and cold water to measure 1 2/3 cups liquid.
Add to jello; chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in nuts, celery, cranberry sauce and pineapple. Chill.
Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
