Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. raspberry or cherry jell-o, 1 large can whole cranberry sauce, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. boiling water and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
Let cool. Add the cranberries, nuts, pineapple and lemon juice.
Pour into shallow pan. Chill until firm.
You can add 3/4 cup chopped celery, if desired.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
