Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. or 1 large cherry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Add the cranberry sauce.
Stir well.
Add crushed pineapple.
Mix well.
Add celery and nuts. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Will keep indefinitely.
