Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. ground fresh cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large pkg. orange or lemon jell-o, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine cranberries and sugar and set aside.
Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
