Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with large pkg. raspberry or cherry jell-o, large can whole cranberry sauce, small can crushed pineapple, drained, c. boiling water and c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
Let cool. Add the cranberries, nuts, pineapple and lemon juice.
Pour into shallow pan. Chill until firm.
You can add 3/4 cup chopped celery, if desired.
