Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. to 1 lb. bag whole cranberries, 2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained, 3 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water and 1 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grind cranberries and apples; add drained pineapple.
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water, then add cold water.
Put all ingredients together and mix well.
Pour into containers or Jell-O molds.
Makes 4 to 5 pints.
May be frozen or stored in refrigerator for a couple weeks.
