Cranberry Mold
Cranberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2/3 c. walnuts, chopped and 1 can whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain fruit, keeping juice.
Add water to make 2 cups and heat to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in this and chill until slightly thickened.
Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise and beat in gelatin.
Prepare Dream Whip and gradually fold in gelatin.
Set aside 1 cup of this.
Add drained fruits, nuts and sauce.
Pour into glass dish and let set.
Frost with reserved topping. Refrigerate several hours or may be frozen and removed from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
