Cranberry Fruit Salad
Cranberry Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Put cranberries and orange through a food chopper.
Add sugar, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Stir into gelatin.
Pour into mold and chill.
