Cranberry Fruit Salad
Cranberry Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jello, c. boiling water, c. cold water and . lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Put cranberries and orange through a food chopper.
Add sugar, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Stir into gelatin.
Pour into mold and chill.
