Cranberry Cooler
Cranberry Cooler is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with c. low calorie cranberry juice, c. apricot nectar, c. orange juice (no sugar added), c. crushed ice and c. club soda or seltzer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 2-cup liquid measure or small pitcher, combine cranberry juice, nectar and orange juice and stir well.
Divide ice into each of two 10 ounce glasses.
Pour half of the cranberry mixture and half of the club soda (or seltzer) into each glass.
