Cranberry Catsup
Cranberry Catsup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 1 2/3 c. packed light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 3/4 tsp. each: cinnamon and cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook berries 15 minutes in 3/4 cup water in covered pan. Force through a sieve.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until it thickens.
Serve warm on ham, pork or turkey or store in a jar in refrigerator.
Also excellent for a dip for little smoky links.
