Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift first 5 ingredients together.
To the orange juice, add butter and enough boiling water to make 3/4 cup.
Then slowly add to dry ingredients.
Add egg and mix well.
Fold in cranberries. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake in 325Β° oven for 1 hour.
Test for doneness by inserting cake tester into center. Cool at least 10 minutes and remove from pan and cool on rack.
