Cranberry Bars
Cranberry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. quick oats, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. margarine, melted and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, margarine and soda. Divide in half and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Smooth out and bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
Put 1 can of cranberry sauce on first half of bar and then carefully pat last half of bar on cranberries.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool before cutting into bars.
