Cranberry Bars
Cranberry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. shredded lemon peel and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, lemon peel and baking soda.
Stir in the margarine and mix thoroughly.
Reserve 1 cup of the flour-oat mixture for the topping.
Pat the remaining oat mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
