Cran-Cherry Mold
Cran-Cherry Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add undrained pineapple and cranberry sauce, stirring until cranberry sauce melts.
Chill until partially set.
Pour half gelatin mixture into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill until almost firm.
Let remaining mixture set at room temperature.
Spread the sour cream evenly over the almost set gelatin in the mold.
Gently spoon the remaining gelatin mixture on top of sour cream layer.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto serving plate.
