Cran-Apple Mold
Cran-Apple Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. applesauce, 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. port wine or other semi-sweet wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce.
Add applesauce and wine. Chill until partially set.
Fold in nuts. Pour into mold or an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch pan.
Chill 6 to 8 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
