Cracker Jack
Cracker Jack is an easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. corn (popped), 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pop corn and put in huge bowl. Sort through and remove hard and unpopped kernels. Cook sugar, margarine and syrup until thick, about 3 minutes.
Add the 1 teaspoon of soda and beat well.
Pour over the popped corn and mix thoroughly.
Spread out on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200Β°.
Stir every 20 minutes. Serve.
