Cracker Jack
Cracker Jack is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cane sugar, 1 c. hot water, 4 tbsp. white syrup, 4 to 6 qt. popped popcorn and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil mixture until it turns a light brown in center.
(Be careful not to scorch).
Remove to back of stove and add the salt, vanilla and soda.
Also add butter.
Stir well and pour over popcorn that has been previously popped.
Stir corn until well coated and turn out to cool.
