Cracker Ice Box Cookies

Melt margarine and add sugar, milk and egg
Cook until thick, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and add graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut
Line a 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers
Spread the cooked mixture over the crackers
Add another layer of graham crackers
Make frosting; mix confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla
Spread this over final layer of graham crackers
Chill in refrigerator about 3 hours before cutting. (A ready to spread frosting may be used.)
