Cracker Desserts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 45 town house or ritz crackers, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding, 1 3/4 c. milk and 1 qt. butter pecan ice cream, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crush crackers; moisten with oleo.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with cracker mixture.
Save 1/2 cup.
Mix pudding, milk and ice cream.
Pour over cracker crust.
Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.
