Cracker Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers, finely crushed and 3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually.
Beat in baking powder.
Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 40 minutes at 300Β°.
