Cracker Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers, finely crushed and 3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually.
Beat in baking powder.
Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
