Cracker Candy
Cracker Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 40 saltine crackers, 1 stick margarine and 11 1/2 oz. milk chocolate morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and cover foil with whole saltines (40).
Melt margarine, brown sugar and butter together. Boil 3 minutes, then spread over crackers.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate morsels over and let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
Spread chocolate. Cool in refrigerator and break up or cut into pieces.
Store in cool place.
