Cracker Candy
Cracker Candy is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 1/4 box saltine crackers, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 bag (2 c.) chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
Spray with a cooking spray such as Pam.
Arrange crackers to cover pan without overlapping. In a saucepan, melt together butter and brown sugar.
Cook for 5 minutes or so.
Pour mixture over crackers.
Bake at 400Β° for 4 or 5 minutes (no longer, or it will burn).
Remove from oven; pour chips over the top.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then spread chips evenly over crackers.
Freeze to harden.
