Cracker Candy
Cracker Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 35 to 40 saltine crackers, 1 c. butter (not margarine), 1 c. brown sugar and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cover cookie sheet with foil.
Line with crackers.
Bring butter and sugar to boil, then cook 3 minutes.
Pour mixture over crackers.
Bake 5 minutes in 400Β° oven.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Let stand 5 minutes, then spread chocolate evenly.
Place in refrigerator for chocolate to harden.
Pull foil off back and break into pieces.
