Crabmeat Surprise
Crabmeat Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box frozen chopped broccoli or flowerets, thawed, 1 c. chopped crabmeat, 1 can cream of asparagus soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1 box cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
Stir milk into soup.
In a greased 2-quart casserole, layer ingredients in the following order: stuffing, broccoli, crabmeat and soup. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Remove cover and continue baking for another 1/2 hour.
Spread cheese on top and bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
