Crabmeat Mold
Crabmeat Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crabmeat (7 oz.), drain, rinse and clean shells, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 small onion, diced, 1 c. celery, diced and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix celery, onion, crab and undiluted soup.
Cut up cream cheese in pan; melt until smooth.
Add to mixture.
Mix 1/4 cup warm water with gelatin.
Mix well and add.
Stir in 1 cup mayo; mix well.
Grease Jell-O mold with Pam.
Chill until firm, 6 to 8 hours.
Serve with crackers or raw veggies.
