Crabmeat Mix
Crabmeat Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 to 7 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat, defrosted, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1/4 c. mayo and 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Mix: heavy cream, mayo, cream cheese, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Drain crabmeat and add to mix.
Spread on cocktail rye breads and broil a few minutes.
Serve.
