Crab Swiss Bites
Crab Swiss Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked, 1 tbsp. green onion, sliced thin, 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine all ingredients except biscuits and mix well. Separate biscuits into 3 layers and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Spoon crab mixture and press down lightly with a fork to near edge of biscuit.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Serves 36 appetizers.
